What you are buying
A one-time informational research report about a single occupation in a single U.S. state, for $29, delivered by email as a web page and PDF. It contains published data — wage records, official projections, research-index readings, program catalog prices, funding pointers — each with its source and the date we retrieved it. The sample report is a complete, accurate specimen of what arrives.
When it arrives
Reports are assembled per order and checked by a person before sending. We deliver by email within 24 hours of your completed order form, usually within hours. If we are running behind, we tell you by email rather than keeping you guessing.
If we cannot cover your occupation
Some occupations cannot yet be covered honestly with the data available to us. If yours is one, we tell you what the gap is and refund you in full, immediately, without being asked.
Refunds — the whole policy
Seven days from delivery. Full refund. No questions, no forms, no retention offers. Send one email to [email protected] from (or naming) the address you ordered with. We process it and confirm.
What this report is not
- Not advice. It is not career, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not tell you what to decide. It reports published data with sources and dates.
- Not a prediction. Nothing in it forecasts whether you will keep or lose any job. Where research indices and government projections disagree, the report shows both.
- Not a guarantee of outcomes. Program prices, wage medians, and funding rules are facts with dates; your results from any route are not something any document can promise.
Accuracy, and what happens when we get something wrong
Every figure names its source and retrieval date. Sources change: catalogs reprice, agencies revise. A figure is our honest reading of the named source on the named date, not a promise it will still say that tomorrow. If you believe a figure is wrong, email us; we re-check the primary source, correct the report if we erred, and send you the corrected copy. If the error was material, we refund you as well — your call whether to keep the report anyway.
Payment
Checkout is handled by our payment provider (named on the checkout page, which also handles sales tax where applicable). We never see or store your card details.
Using the report
Your copy is yours: keep it, print it, share it with your household, quote it with attribution. Please don’t resell it or republish it wholesale.
The legal paragraph, still in plain language
To the maximum extent North Carolina law allows: the report is provided as described above, with no warranties beyond what these terms state, and our total liability for anything connected to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid us for it ($29). These terms are governed by North Carolina law. If we update these terms, the new version appears at this address with a new “last updated” date; the version in force for your order is the one posted when you bought.
